  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped, for garnishing

Instructions:

  1. Heat the ghee or oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the pureed tomatoes, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 8-10 minutes until the tomatoes are cooked and the oil starts to separate from the mixture.
  4. Add the boneless chicken pieces and mix well until they are coated with the tomato mixture.
  5. Cover the pan and let the chicken cook for 10-15 minutes until tender.
  6. Add the garam masala powder and heavy cream. Mix well and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.
